Baking cake

Ingredients:
A
3 egg whites
60g icing sugar

B
3 egg yolks
1 egg
120g flour + 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
30g melted butter/ corn oil

P.s.
icing sugar can replace with sugar and a pitch of cream of tartar powder.
Flour can use self-raising flour. The baking powder still need to add in..

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degree Celsius.
  2. Melt the butter.
  3. Ingredient A: Place the eggs white in a mixing bow and beat them until soft peak. It followed by adding icing sugar and beat until it can make stiff peaks.
  4. Ingredient B:Mix the egg yolks until light and fluffy then fold in egg, flour (with baking powder) and melted butter. Mix until well-blended.
  5. Fold in the ingredient A into the ingredient B (divided into 3 times). Mix them until welll incorporate.
  6. Pour it into a greased and lined round mound.
  7. bake at 160 degree Celsius for 30 minutes. Remove the cake immediately after baked.
I found this is not easy to success because thtthee recipe cobtain less flour. Therefore, I strongly recommend to use my another recipe. Later I will share the link.
Some milk chocolate chopped and added on the top of the cake before baking
