- Preheat the oven to 160 degree Celsius.
- Melt the butter.
- Ingredient A: Place the eggs white in a mixing bow and beat them until soft peak. It followed by adding icing sugar and beat until it can make stiff peaks.
- Ingredient B:Mix the egg yolks until light and fluffy then fold in egg, flour (with baking powder) and melted butter. Mix until well-blended.
- Fold in the ingredient A into the ingredient B (divided into 3 times). Mix them until welll incorporate.
- Pour it into a greased and lined round mound.
- bake at 160 degree Celsius for 30 minutes. Remove the cake immediately after baked.
Some milk chocolate chopped and added on the top of the cake before baking
