Ingredient:
100g walnut

2 tablespoons milk powder

1/4 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon baking soda

Method:

Method:
- Blend walnut and almond into powder
- Beat butter till soft, then add in icing sugar. Beat till mix well.
- Add in the rest of ingredients and knead till form dough.
- Divide the dough into small pieces and roll till rounded shape.
- Arrange on lined baking trays (must space at least one finger) and glaze surfaces with egg yolk.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degree Celsius for 30 minutes until lightly browned. Cool well before storage.
