German cookies 德国酥饼

Ingredient:
Butter: 120g
Icing sugar: 40g
Potato flour: 80g
Plain flour: 60g
Milk powder: 1 tablespoon
Milo: 1 tablespoon (optional)

Method:
  1. Cream butter and icing sugar till fluffy.
  2. Add in sifted flour (potato flour, plain flour, milk powder and milo)
  3. Mix until the dough holds together.
  4. Preheat the oven 170 degree celcius.
  5. Divide the dough into small ball and put in a greased tray. Use folk flatten the ball.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  7. The flavor of cookies: Oreo cookies (must remove the sweet cream), corn flake, berries and etc.
