Baking Chiffon Cake~ successful rate >90%

Based on the entry stat, I noticed many people like to find about how to bake cake. I would like to share this recipe. It is very easy and the successful rate is exceed 90%.

Part A
Ingredient:
Castor sugar 80g
Egg yolks 3
Orange juice with pulp 30g or replaced with one egg
corn oil/ butter 30g
Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
Cake flour/ plain flour 120g 
Salt 1/2 teaspoon

  1. Blend egg yolks, castor sugar and orange juice with a wooden spoon until smooth and all sugar dissolved. Pour corn oil into the mixture.
  2. Sift the flour and baking powder and added in all the dry ingredients into the mixture.
Part B
Ingredient:
Egg white 3
cream of tartar pinch
Castor sugar 80g

  1. Beat egg white and cream of Tartar in a large bowl until frothy.
  2. Gradually add sugar, beat until stiff peaks form.
  3. Pour 1/3 of the mixture into (A) mixture. Folding with rubber scraper until completely blended. (The most important part)
  4. Pour (A) mixture into (B) mixture and fold with wooden spoon until well mixed.
  5. Pour into pans and bake (150 degree for 1 hour)
