non-bake cheesecake

Ingredients:

10 pieces of crackers
7 tablespoon of melted butter
2 cream cheese (= 500g)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup chocolate

Method:

  1. Chop the crackers coarsely. Then mix with butter. Press onto bottom of 4 inch round pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Melt chocolate using the double-boil method.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar in a large bowl. Add melted chocolate.
  4. Spoon into crust.
  5. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm



I decorated the cake with Oreo crunch cookies.
