Kota Kinabalu (KK), is the capital of the state of Sabah, Malaysia. KK is located on the west coast of Sabah with overlooking South China Sea. This was my second visit to this city. In this trip, I found the city is full with tourists from Korea, China and Taiwan. Maybe, the beautiful islands (clean water and beaches) attract tourists.

We rent a car from Avis at the airport. It was RM384 (two days) for car in group B category. We immediately go to Tanjung Aru beach. The beach is very near the airport, is less than 20 minutes driving distance. The beach is famous with the sunset. It considered one of the best sunset in the world. The beach can be seen Sulug island on the left and Manukan on the right of the horizon.

It normally between 6.30pm and 7.30pm
